Two-step verification (2SV) adds an extra layer of security to your login by requiring a one-time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password. You can enable it in your account security settings. It's strongly recommended for all players, especially if you access PH689 from multiple devices.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification helps protect both players and the platform from fraud and unauthorized account use. It is typically required before processing larger withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. The process involves submitting a valid government-issued ID. Your documents are stored securely and used only for verification purposes.

Change your password immediately and enable two-step verification if you haven't already. Then contact our support team right away so we can review your account activity and take protective action. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including people claiming to represent PH689 staff.
